Case Manager - benefits navigation (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pike Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
