Case Manager - benefits navigation (Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
