Summit Haven Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
