Case Manager - benefits navigation (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Columbus area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
