Case Manager - benefits navigation (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Meadow Community Partners is a Columbus charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
