Case Manager - benefits navigation (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
