Case Manager - benefits navigation (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bright Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
