Case Manager - benefits navigation (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
