Case Manager - benefits navigation (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Union Health provides primary and specialty care in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
