Case Manager - benefits navigation (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
