Case Manager - benefits navigation (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Wilder Property Management is a Colorado Springs property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
