Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Vale Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Cleveland, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
