Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Meadow Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
