Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group is a Cincinnati property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
