Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
