Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Cincinnati supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
