Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
