Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
