You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Connect clients with partner agencies.
