Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
