Cedar Fern Civic Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
