Case Manager - benefits navigation (Chicago, IL)

Summit Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Chicago caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
