Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
