Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Charlotte with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
