Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
