Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Charleston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
