Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charleston area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
