Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Willow Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
