Summit Rook Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
