Greenridge Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Buffalo. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
