Case Manager - benefits navigation (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Ridge Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Buffalo caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
