Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Boston, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
