Amberfield River Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
