Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Mill Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
