Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 784 people based in Boston. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing.
