Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boise, ID)

Summit Haven Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
