Clearpath Basin Civic Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records.
