Case Manager - benefits navigation (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Works provides in-home and community support in Birmingham. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
