Westbrook Umber Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
