Summit Loom Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
