Case Manager - benefits navigation (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Maple Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
