Case Manager - benefits navigation (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Baltimore, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
