Case Manager - benefits navigation (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Corner Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
