Case Manager - benefits navigation (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
