Case Manager - benefits navigation (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Hollow Civic Services supports public agencies in Baltimore with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 292 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
