Westbrook Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
