Case Manager - benefits navigation (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Atlanta, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
