Case Manager - benefits navigation (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pine Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
