Case Manager - benefits navigation (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Atlanta area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
