Case Manager - benefits navigation (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Timber Property Management is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
